Prospio™ — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 6, 2026

1. Introduction

Pearl Lane, LLC ("Pearl Lane," "we," "us," or "our") operates Prospio (the "App"), a contact-management tool for network marketing professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the App, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. Your email address and password (handled by Firebase Authentication — we never see or store your password in plain text), or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the account identifier and email address (which may be a private relay address) that Google or Apple gives us, your name, and the MLM ID/affiliate ID you give us. If your sign-in email is hidden or unverified, we also ask for a team contact email and email it a one-time code to confirm it is yours; we keep that address so your upline and team can reach you. Each MLM ID can be registered to only one account, so we keep a record linking the ID to your account.

Contact records you enter. Name, phone number, email address, time zone, alternate contact handles (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp), notes, follow-up/tracking dates, and — only if you choose to enter them — a contact's MLM back-office username and password. This is information about third parties you choose to add to the App — see Section 8 below.

App usage and settings. Your Daily Method of Operation (DMO) targets and activity history, messages you log or generate for a contact, personal message templates, health-tracker entries, display preferences, and similar in-app settings.

Team information. Which team you have been placed on, when, and by whom. See Section 4.

Reminders. If you turn on web reminders, we store the push-notification address and keys your browser gives us, your time zone, and your chosen reminder time, so we can send you the reminder.

Subscription information. If you subscribe, we store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your subscription status, price and renewal dates. We do not receive or store your full card number — see Section 7.

What we don't collect. We do not collect precise location data or advertising identifiers, and we do not use cookies or SDKs for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. How We Use Information

4. Teams and Team Owners

The App organizes accounts into teams. Your account may be placed on a team by an administrator or by the owner of a team. The owner of your team, and the owners of the teams above it, can see in the App your name, your MLM ID, which team you are on, and the date you joined it. They can also add you to, or remove you from, teams they own. Team owners cannot see your email address, your contacts, your notes or messages, your DMO activity, or your billing information, and being on a team does not give anyone access to your contacts.

We keep a history of team changes (who was added or removed, from which team, and when) so that team owners and administrators can review membership changes. If an account is deleted, that history is kept without the person's name or ID.

5. Where Your Data Is Stored and Who Receives It

The App is built on Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform. Your data is stored and processed on Google's infrastructure, subject to Google's own security and data-processing practices. We use a small number of other service providers to run specific features: Stripe, Inc. (payments), Anthropic (optional AI message drafting, Section 6), Google and Apple (if you choose to sign in with them), Resend (which delivers the one-time confirmation code to your team contact email), and the push-notification services run by your browser's maker (to deliver reminders you turn on). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.

6. AI Message Generation

If you use the App's optional "Generate Message" feature, the Notes field and any other context you provide for that contact (and, if you choose to include it, recent message history you've logged for them) is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to draft a suggested message. This happens only when you actively use the feature — it is not run automatically or in the background. Generated messages are not sent on your behalf; you review, may edit, and copy them yourself into whatever app you choose to use. We track how many AI credits your account has used each month against a limit, but do not share your contact data with Anthropic for any purpose beyond generating that one response.

If you use the optional "Suggest today's picks" feature on the web, details of up to 90 of your contacts are sent to Anthropic to suggest who to contact that day: their tab, dates and counts of past contact, interests and information shared with them, and the first part of their Notes. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and back office logins are not sent, and we remove email addresses and phone numbers we detect in Notes first, though other details you typed into Notes may still be included. This happens only when you tap the button. You choose which suggestions to accept, and we do not share this data with Anthropic for any purpose beyond generating that response.

7. Billing

New accounts receive a free trial. After the trial the App continues on a limited free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; you enter your card details on Stripe's secure pages, and we do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment information you give it. We keep records of your subscription and payments for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require.

8. Your Responsibility for Contact Data You Enter

The App is a tool for you to store information about people you know professionally. You are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and, where required by law, the consent of those individuals before entering their information into the App. Pearl Lane acts only as the processor/host of this data on your behalf and does not independently use it for our own purposes. If you are not a user of the App but believe your information was entered into it by someone who does use it, contact us at the address below and we will help you reach the right person or remove it where we can.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can view and edit your information in the App, export your contacts to a file, and delete individual contacts at any time. Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California), you may also have the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to certain uses of it. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

Requesting deletion. To delete your account and the information associated with it, email us at the address below from the email address on your account (or, if you cannot, tell us enough for us to confirm the account is yours). We will confirm your request within about 10 days and complete it within 30 days. We usually do it sooner. We may offer a short waiting period in case you change your mind or there is a problem to resolve, but if you ask us to delete immediately, we will do so once we have confirmed it is you.

What is deleted. Your login, profile and settings, your contacts and message history, your reminders and templates, and your team ownership. Your MLM ID becomes available again. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Copies held in our service providers' backups or logs are removed as those systems routinely expire them.

What we keep. We keep (a) billing and payment records, including those held by Stripe, as long as tax, accounting or other laws require; (b) the one-way scrambled version of your email address described in Section 3, so a deleted account cannot be used to obtain another free trial; (c) an anonymous record of team membership changes (Section 4) and that a deletion occurred, with no name or ID; and (d) anything we need to resolve a payment dispute, respond to a legal claim or legal request, or prevent fraud or abuse. We may delay or decline a deletion request while one of these applies, and we will tell you if so.

Deleting your account also ends your access. Any time remaining on a paid subscription is forfeited — see our Terms & Conditions.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures — including Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules that restrict each account to its own data — to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above.
